●放卷采用無軸放卷:放卷機(jī)構(gòu)采用液壓無軸中心式放卷,放卷臂可上下左右調(diào)節(jié)，最大承重為2000kg，配3“6”寸錐度塞頭一套，即使在滿負(fù)

荷情況下操作工只需簡單操作按鍵即可輕易完成上卷動作，大幅減輕勞動強(qiáng)度,減少上卷時間，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

●糾偏使用交流超聲波系統(tǒng),超聲波檢測材料邊緣，自動識別材料無需任何調(diào)整，交流電機(jī)驅(qū)動，反應(yīng)靈敏，跟蹤精確。

●整機(jī)操控人性化，10寸觸摸屏人機(jī)操作界面、三菱PLC集中控制，開關(guān)按鍵、調(diào)節(jié)手柄、標(biāo)志、顏色等的設(shè)計符合人體工程學(xué)和國家安全質(zhì)量檢

測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，數(shù)字顯示、變頻調(diào)速、智能定長停機(jī)、緊急停車、過載保護(hù)等功能一應(yīng)俱全。

●本機(jī)采用三馬達(dá)連動控制，收料軸采用滑差軸，易更換，及維護(hù)。

adjusted up and down and left and right, the maximum load is 2000kg, and a set of3 "6" inch taper plugs is provided. Even under full load, the

●AC ultrasonic system is used to rectify the deviation. Ultrasonic wave detects the edge of the material and automatically identifies the material 

without any adjustment. AC motor is used to drive the material. It is sensitive and accurate in response and tracking.

●Humanized control of the whole machine, 10-inch touch screen man-machine interface, Mitsubishi PLC centralized control, switch keys,

adjustment handle, logo, color design in line with the requirements of ergonomics and national safety and quality inspection standards, digital

display, frequency conversion speed regulation, intelligent fixed-length stop, emergency stop, overload protection and other functions.

The machine is controlled by three motors, and the material receiving shaft is slippery shaft, which is easy to be replaced and maintain.
