本機(jī)適用于光學(xué)膜，離型膜，PET，OPP,CPP,PVC,紙等卷材，
1.放卷采用無(wú)軸放卷：放卷機(jī)構(gòu)采用液壓無(wú)軸中心式放卷，放卷臂可上下左右調(diào)節(jié)，大承重為2000kg，配3“6”寸錐度塞頭一套，即使在滿負(fù)荷情況下操作工只需簡(jiǎn)單操作按鍵即可輕易完成上卷動(dòng)作，大幅減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，減少上卷時(shí)間，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
2. 糾偏使用交流超聲波系統(tǒng)，超聲波檢測(cè)材料邊緣，自動(dòng)識(shí)別材料無(wú)需任何調(diào)整，交流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，反應(yīng)靈敏。
3.整機(jī)操控人性化，10寸觸摸屏人機(jī)操作界面、三菱PLC集中控制，開(kāi)關(guān)按鍵、調(diào)節(jié)手柄、標(biāo)志、顏色等的設(shè)計(jì)符合人體工程學(xué)和國(guó)家質(zhì)量檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，數(shù)字顯示、變頻調(diào)速、智能定長(zhǎng)停機(jī)、緊急停車(chē)、過(guò)載保護(hù)等功能一應(yīng)俱全。
4.本機(jī)采用三馬達(dá)連動(dòng)控制，收料軸采用滑差軸，易更換，及維修。
Product Features
This machine is suitable for optical film, release film, PET, OPP, CPP, PVC, paper and so on.
1. Uncoiling adopts shaftless uncoiling: the uncoiling mechanism adopts hydraulic shaftless center type uncoiling, the uncoiling arm can be adjusted up and down and left and right, the maximum load is 2000kg, and a set of 3 "6" inch taper plugs is provided. Even under full load, the operator can easily complete the coiling operation by simply operating keys, greatly reducing labor intensity, reducing coiling time and improving production efficiency.
2. AC ultrasonic system is used to rectify the deviation. Ultrasonic wave detects the edge of the material and automatically identifies the material without any adjustment. AC motor is used to drive the material. It is sensitive and accurate in response and tracking.
3. Humanized control of the whole machine, 10-inch touch screen man-machine interface, Mitsubishi PLC centralized control, switch keys, adjustment handle, logo, color design in line with the requirements of ergonomics and national safety and quality inspection standards, digital display, frequency conversion speed regulation, intelligent fixed-length stop, emergency stop, overload protection and other functions.
4. The machine is controlled by three motors, and the material receiving shaft is slippery shaft, which is easy to be replaced and maintained.
